Hair Salon Sinks Portable Salon Shampoo Sink?

Best of 2010 New Meeting

As in the old blog, I post once a year (well, 2011's will probably be 2x ...) my own personal best-of lists - Books, Music, Movies. Of course, purely subjective and in no determined order. Normally, I wanted to post in the old year, but what is not ... well, yes. Better late than never, do not you?
So - here we go :

books
next following: 2010 was another strong year with exceptionally strong publications. Old hands alternate with remarkably talented newcomers - and so it should be!

Roisin Fallon - The purification
Extremely strong stuff from Germany. This psychological horror thriller has it all. Who was always of the opinion that this genre is dominated mainly by British and American writers, is here set right, because the author is a German. And their spring razor sharp. I want more of it!

Brian Moreland - Shadow Warrior
Another debut. Although Moreland juggles familiar set pieces (the horrors of the Second World War, superstition and myths from the predominantly Jewish culture), so I was carried along this rousing novel and was bored at any second.

Ozzy Osbourne - Ozzy: The Biography
Perhaps the best music bio that was ever written. The Prince of Darkness turns out though, as expected, extremely lovable redneck, tumbler, Junkie, and - because of his drug use - sometimes as a complete asshole. In any case, you can see the metal icon at the end of the book with new eyes. Oh yes - and a damn horny musician he is, too!

Bryan Smith - Depraved
Just imagine a mix of Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Last House on the Left and The Devil's Rejects. In other words, violence, gore, dirty sex, rape, more violence, more gore ... and a dash of cannibalism. Smyth - who will be available soon at Festa his German debut - is familiar with the grindhouse classics just like in the profession of backwoods horror. Another admirer Laymon, who has delivered his fifth book of his best work. Fast, relentless and quite dirty - and in addition there's still a nice story twist. It must be!

Markus Heitz - Judas son
My first Heitz (without Scheitz) and I was thrilled. Contrary to my assumptions writes the man from two bridges very rapidly, varied and sometimes with a fairly direct hardness. Or did he just do not end just enough of the endless vampire schmaltz?

Josh Bazell - Quick and the Dead
found in the English section of the station bookshop, became curious and bought. Fortunately! Bazell first novel about an ex-Mafioso, which the witness protection program has given a new identity as a doctor and eventually catches up with his old past turns out to be booming V12 engine from start to finish. As if one sperm sample from Quentin Tarantino, Ken Bruen, Jason Starr and Richard Stark to bulk and wait what will come out come.

Brian Keene - A Gathering of Crows
No Best without Brian Keene! But what can you do? The man writes still probably the best horror novels of our time. Keene's latest March for five Daemisch figures open themselves to decimate the inhabitants of a small city, is fast-paced, brought to bear on horror, which is obtained by the careful character studies and Keene's outspoken views on his country and its inhabitants extra size is another prime example how modern horror has to be.

Brett McBean - The Mother
I mentioned above Roisin Fallon may be missing the Australian Brett McBean definitely not! His debut is a natural force equal to and reminiscent of the great moments a Jack Kechtum. Here, too, are urged to quickly lookup!

Kevin J. Anderson - Enemies and Allies
In the almost impenetrable mass of so-called tie-ins, so adaptations and continuations of popular and / or successful films, comics or video games stands a prolific writer of Anderson's recap of the first historic meeting between Superman and Batman as much of the Cold War. Entertaining and not a dull moment!

music

Accept - Blood of the Nations
Never, never, never, I would have expected the solos are happy such a fucking awesome comeback album! But the Teutonic train rolls again! be connected thanks to the outstanding Front Mark Tornillo (I prefer the way Dirk Udo Schneider!) and the brilliant production of Andy Sneap, in the old strengths with new techniques, Accept are more than prepared for the future.

In this Moment - A Star-Crossed Wasteland
Metalcore Modern Metal in a very tasteful clothes. But beware: If Maria Brink gets going, is it going to take cover. Will I have to have time to see live!

Sonic Syndicate - We rule the Night
Good's approach has on previous discs more than enough. Sorry, but that was not (yet) enough to be able to completely convince. When We rule the Night's looks in this respect is quite different. Sure, it flirts with the mainstream and has the rumble screwed down a little, to make room for great tunes - but with success! I think that the Swedes can now claim to have found their own style finally have.

Volbeat - Experience Beyond Hell / Heaven Above
Volbeat The 2010 International large Durchbrch has nothing to do with clever marketing. Rather, this is the result of hard work and constant curiosity. Sure, our favorite Danes sound roughly still like the metal version of Elvis and his cronies, dare I won, they want to break new ground: Here's a hint of Slayer, there a pinch of Beatles - and even for Kreator Mille and Grindcore Legend Barney's Place. But the summit, the men around Michael Poulsen have still a long way.

Danko Jones - Below the Belt
Perhaps his best album. Strong shells earwigs, wherever you look. Pressure and powerful punk rock with a Sprite Metal. As you take it to the Canadians not crooked, that he is in Active Vulcano a little too obvious on Kiss' Love I can have her all-oriented. Oh yes - and with the videos for Full of Regret (with Motörhead's Lemmy, Selma Blair and Elijah Wood) and Had Enough (with Ralph "Karate Kid" Macchio), he has proven that video clips in times of MTViva and superstars cool works of art are can. Respect.

Die Happy - Red Box darling Marta Jandova as Jurion at the pop stars - this is possibly dyed onto Ulmer Power Popper? Fortunately not. Against all predictions, the worst Happy rocking again like old times. Even the Destiny's Child Survivor Cover sounds good! Hopefully soon in a sticky-sweaty shop in my area.

Hans Zimmer - Inception (Soundtrack)
Even in the cinema, I was almost impossible to escape the sounds of Frankfurters. Sometimes it can pop tidy room, he gently suggests to mysterious sounds, which make even without Christopher Nolan's magnificent head images for cinema.

Steel Panther - Feel the Steel
caution funny: Here, every True Metal-cliché of the 80 Sun so drilled horny and covered, you could almost believe the four Spandexjünger would in real life just as it (although. ..). I think song titles like Fat Girl and Asian Hooker says more than enough. But the panther steel are not limited to comedy. One and all are here four hundred percent convincing professional musicians at work, which ensure that each song goes straight into the ear. And therein lies the irony: because of their delicious parody of Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll Steel Panther could well unleash a true Hair Metal Revival!

We are the Fallen - Tear Down the World
ousted members of Evanescence (especially band founder Ben Moody) and a former American Idol participant ... that can not be nothing, right? Well, think again. What are the Amy Lee and her boys still adorn - namely, a new record with the best possible songs - is taken up by the fallen and gratefully accepted. Last but not least thanks Ben Moody Tear it sounds suspiciously after the World Evanescence debut (still one of my favorite records), but then stands thanks Carly Smithson's voice again emerged from the gray matter. Competition, Dear Amy, competition!

Pearl - Little White Fox Immaculate
Scott Ian (Anthrax) better half and the daughter of a certain Michael Lee Aday, Meat Loaf who made a world career. And the lady can sing! Damn, even good! Behind her father takes Pearl to hide any means. Your honest, driving classic rock is just fine.

Slash - Slash
What his former colleagues simply do not get to the chain - a horny Drive - succeed the former Guns N 'Roses guitarist with almost effortless ease. Okay, there was "a little" support: Ozzy Osbourne, Chris Cornell,
Kid Rock, Kill Mr. Lemmy, Iggy Pop - not to Fergie, the biggest surprise of the album. What the lady with such a force wimps like the Black Eyed Peas has lost? This is a truly a rocker, damn it! The bottom line is a killer album. One highlight after another.

Deftones - Diamond Eyes
Ahh, they're back! And in ancient strength! A decade after their masterpiece (!!!) White Pony, the Nu metal icons finally fabricated a disk, which directly drawing on the best works of the genre. Can I also say not always, eh Linkin Park? (Stick) hard and soft in a unique blend - and a challenge for the bass control on your stereo.

Rage - Strings to a Web
By far the best album of the Herner combo for a long time (which does not mean that the predecessors were bad, for goodness sake). Similar to merge as Accept modernity and tradition, combined with the Rage-typical, almost addictive melodies. Madness!

films

Inception (directed by Christopher Nolan)
Ingenious Film. Outstanding in this rather parlous state of film year. DiCaprio top class as always. authorized - - Who wants to know more, either read Lobeshymmnen the net or in the relevant publications or, even better to see the strip itself.

Salt (directed by Phillip Noyce)
Anjelina Jolie as an action heroine. Actually, nothing new. But Noyce, in his spy thriller, not everything, but hell of a lot right. That's just good, always in motion, movies, the requirements can more than satisfy. If only I could say the like from the last Bond ...

The Lovely Bones (directed by Peter Jackson) King Kong
After Jackson of his addiction to CGI overload (A bit) turned down again and is based on more solid - such as his actors and the story. The mix of crime, family tragedy and fantasy is technically perfect and is near one. And if CGI convincing, then. We also now know: Mark Wahlberg can act really so!

[Rec] ² (directed by Jaume Balagueró, Paco Plaza)
Very nice continuation of the English zombies. Instead of loose camera so you'll get first-person look. Nevertheless, almost as good as the original.

Kick-Ass (directed by Matthew Vaughn)
If a ten year old girl chopping off a leg or drug dealers in a similar manner to the Corner brings, this is cinematic anarchy - and simply an amazing ride. Vaughn pays tribute while his great models made by Marvel and DC, but the boring mainstream stretches the entire length of the film out both middle fingers. My personal film of the year!

Orphan - Orphan (Director: Jaume Collet-Serra)
children as villains ... old hat. The Frenchman Jaume Collet-Serra do know what to do with it. Here comes the nightmare creeping softly softly - and in the form of a magnificent actress (the 14 year old Isabelle Fuhrman).

The Collector (directed by Marcus Dunstan)
After the Saw Franchise was terminated, it is attempted Marcus Dunstan to own something, but could not yet completely solved by Jigsaw. Again, there is a villain Larger than Life , lots of deadly traps and no blood shortage. Nevertheless, the film is more convincing than anything that came to Saw 2.

District 9 (directed by Neill Blomkamp)
No, not Avatar but District 9 found in this list. First, because the story is fresh, intelligent and shine with socially conscious overtones, partly because here were created on a shoestring budget almost as fascinating pictures as in James Cameron Epic. Too bad only that actor Sharlto Copley thanks to the A-Team remake certainly not a little, for its good reputation to lose.

True Blood (TV series)
true blood, true vampires! Unlike the boring teen Schmachtromanzen's This neatly to the point. It is murder, swearing, gempimpert bitten and tidy. Even though I at times (especially at the beginning of the 1st and in the middle of Season 2) to have shifted had the feeling that one, admittedly well-produced soft-porn in the player, so convinced on Charlaine Harris' books based on series full line. Even for one or two thoughtful Undertone is the place.

Breaking Bad (TV series)
is it a mystery to me why his all in the same television series of all Malcolm, and not his father Hal are the focus. Bryan Cranston just masterful comedy sense it was, which was set within the range most accents. Fortunately, the versatile thespians finally given her own series, playing in the Cranston an equally desperate and clumsy average citizen, thanks to his fatal cancer and the associated financial constraints that mean his death for his family, is forced to extremes - and "career" makes a drug dealer. Conceived by former X-Files co-producer -Vince Gill, Cranston plays perhaps the role of his life, always a fine line between drama and comedy. Simply wonderful!

So that they were. My favorites of last year. I'm pretty sure - nonsense, I know! - To have forgotten one or the other, yet offers an overview of this still fairly decent cross-section of my preferences. Counter-opinions welcome!
